For the record I love Bernard & timbern so much, I don't know much about timkon so I don't really ship it and I don't know anything about Jay (I had to google his name to make this) but I'm glad there are actually confirmed gay people in something with such a huge fan base.

That being said why did they do it like that? The fans really wanted timkon and/or damijon so DC decided to go half and half and do that instead?

I think that one reason why Bernard Down and Jay Nakamura are not as appealing as a partners for Tim and Jon, aside from their personalities or lack thereof, is because of their character design.

There is something about it, especially their hair style, that makes them immediately unlikable. Maybe with another hairstyle and outfits people would be more accepting of both of them
